So by fitting a FMIC and running....
You gained 44bhp
As Tony has already said, poor connection with the rollers (not being strapped down correctly can make a difference)
From the mods stated and fuel used on the day it just seems like the figures are a little misleading, but if your like the numbers and the cars drives well then that's what counts
what rollers were used by the way?

i was there also today
just after xmas my car made 450/400 on the same rollers
went back today with added ID 1000cc injectors harvey up-pipe and meth
picked the car up from my mappers this morning and it felt great a very noticeable change had a blip on motorway with another scoob that i know well the torque was awsome best the car has ever felt
then on the rollers the boost was dropping off
6-7 runs later after getting
440lbft
and only 433bhp
went back on the road with a mate and checked and the boost was holding strong
but good day the car feels great so i am happy

Any standard cars running hitting the numbers they should be?
As I have said (and you too) If it drives sweet and run's fine then who cares about numbers on paper

Some of the slip you wont notice, thats why you just take the first runs you do on that rr with a pinch of salt, until you do another run on a different day and it gives you the same results its a bit hear say.
You need to put the graph up, the vf35 cant run that sort of power without being ported hence my above comments (plus what boost was the car running and what are the torque figures?)
Also as I said before, my old car ran at Prosport last year and made 312bhp, it use to happily run 312-316bhp on those same rollers when I had the car and thats after 5 years!

Best way is to use www.photobucket.com and open an account, you just select the upload and then where the graph is stored, once uploaded you can use the link and just cut n paste it

Thought this may be of interest and ill get graphs up tomorrow.
I've just been to ENGINTUNER on sat for a re map on my Sti v8 with a ported vf35. The turbo was done by ian(big d) that had the high powered vf35 on here.
Just for my results.
Christmas I had a map tweak by martin Jeffery and it made 315hp 290ft/lb torque @1.5 bar peak and 1.4 bar hold which I thought was good for a standard car.
Sat I returned with a few mods such as
Ported vf35 with forge actuator set to 1bar base pressure, Japspeed Headers,
de cat down pipe,
silicone intake pipe,
forge dumpvalve with red spring,
RAMAIR induction kit
Thermal Inlet spacers
Front mount intercooler
( so basically refined my set up without changing the major power limiting factors which are turbo and injectors)
The car made a very respectable 352hp -360ft/lb torque
With a peak boost of 1.5 bar and holding 1.3 solid(slightly less than last time due to front mount capacity)
The 70ft/lb torque is at 4000rpm mainly due to headers.
Just wanted to share my results on the 35.
Many thanks Chris

The VF35 has to be ported, in standard form on a full decat it will creep due to its small wastegate port. 100% of all the VF35 turbos I have setup have suffered from boost creep, the porting is essential to gain initial control of the turbo. Granted a positive side effect of this is that you will see more power from less boost due to the gains in increased gas flow through the turbine housing/wastegate port, but it has to be done right .
Flak jacket is on

my old vf35 used to suffer from boost creep and throw up a cel light from time to time on full boost especially if it was cold.
forget the code now but something to do with solenoid or wastegate

Blackpool don't believe what dastak RR say, I had a VF35 on my setup 2years ago and pulled 372hp at motorscope on a dastak they always read high, get it on scoobyclinics RR what is more accurate and 343hp a week later at the min I'm running an md321h and only pulled 398hp which is about right for that turbo
