I still miss my original STI which I had improved quite a bit in the engine and suspension departments. People in the town used to stand there just to listen to the exhaust note when it was idling.

I'm Ex-RAF if that counts. Got booted out on redundancy in tranche 1 after 23 years as an aircraft tech - including 6 years on Hercs.
Got my old blob WRX that the wench uses now and i used some of my redundancy money to buy a nice hawkeye from Litchfield's. Uprated fuelpump, 800cc injectors, LM400-60 twin scroll turbo, milltek exhaust with sports cat and a remap giving 400bhp. Since i got it i've added a full whiteline set up, some Performance Friction brakes and a sound system i can now hear!
