Time for another Run.....

Use to love the MWS 'run to the hills' runs we used to do! I always took the lead in the 22B and we had some cracking days. You can never be risk free but we use to play on the safe bits and be cautious when needed. We always had 2 way radios within the MWS group and spread ourselves through the party to ensure we could keep things under control. I always made a point of reccying all the routes prior to plunging 10+ imprezas down them in one go and out of the 30+ runs we did all went well and only one caused me some headache when one individual took to tearing up Elan Valley on his own accord after the event had happened.
These runs are one of the best things to do with these brilliant cars and managed safely are no more dangerous than walking across the road. End of the day these cars are best around the twisties and sub 60 speeds feel like 100+ in the right environments!

I've been out and driven the route from Abergwesyn via Llyn Brianne and onto Llandovery, what a cracking drive I'd forgotten exactly how good that road is.

Gutted John, nothing too serious I hope mate?.
wondering whether to postpone this for another month or so, now that tys car can't make it either😞
What's everybody elses thoughts? I don't mind what we do, just feel it might be a bit more enjoyable of there were more of us like on previous runs.

Ok guys, im going to postpone this now until more than likely August. ( unless theres public outcry and a spontaneous injection of numbers wishing to attend)
I'll be still be taking the car for a spin up and around my turf on sunday, if anyone wants to tag along by all means pm me.

Sorry Rob, if the car was good then I'd definitely be there - I've even driven the route twice in order to hand your **** to you on the day.
As soon as the car is good I will be there showing you how to drive.
