A great leader who took no sh*t from anyone, it was about time someone someone stood up to the Unions. She sent our troops into war to reclaim our land not like Blair who sent our troops into Iraq on the back of lies, wish she was in charge today. Someone with some backbone, and as for the comments of Gerry Adams, he has more blood on his hands than her. How many people died due to that Irish t**t and his bunch of bog arabs.
RIP Maggie

RIP Mrs Thatcher.
All I'll say is the union guys up here and supposed elected councillor who I saw celebrating her death with T-shirts etc. should be ashamed of themselves. I'd love to have the lack of morals to do that when Bliar or Brown kick the bucket.

I can't believe that they even showed Adams on the news spouting his gob off, he will always be a ******* terrorist and should be banned from British media. He should be serving life in prison not the life he has now. Shame the SAS never got him.

I certainly do not agree with all that happened under her premiership, but I do acknowledge that things had to change, and she had the guts to take on the vested interests and make a difference.

Whilst there is huge gulf between Nazism and Thatcherism, Hitler was also a political leader that made a huge impact in his country and the world and lead with conviction, although he needed a little more work on his foreign and domestic policies.
As echoed by many, Lady Thatcher was one of the greatest leader of this country. I posted some praise for Thatcher a few months ago which you might remember, which now makes a fitting eulogy.

Now for your strained brain here are some facts.
Scargill and Thatcher did for the miners in equal measures.
Yes she fought back agaunst the unions, but of course went way too far and killed off a large proportion of our manufacturing industry and almost all mining and shipbuilding not to mention steel.
She sold off hafl the country for way less than it was worth, frittered the money away and installed a selfish streak in society that still exists today.
Lets not even talk about her black economy and 3.5 million unemployed and the start of the welfare state perpetuated and grown into a lifestyle choice by that other feckless moron Blair!
Anyway she is dead and gone and she certainly won't be missed by me!
