This is what gives scoobynet a bad name. That's someone's pride and joy that people are slagging off. If you don't like what people buy keep it to yourself instead of upsetting people on here about it.
I've seen loads of cars posted up on here over the years that I don't like but I'd never post saying 'your cars a shed etc' so I just keep it to myself.

There's a missing apostrophe in "others" (I won't tell him where )
There's no such wurd (sic) as "ya".
"So" is a conjunction and is therefore inappropriate to start a sentence.
He should have used the imperative form since he was commanding us to perform an action.
He should therefore have omitted "So" and capitalised "go".
The point I'm making is this Scoobydooboov - the massive disparity between my knowledge and command of the English language and that exhibited by you is not as wide as the gaping chasm between the undoubted and proven knowledge of Subarus by illustrious members of this forum and the complete - and dare I say potentially dangerous - drivel spouted by some (quite a few in fact) prattish members of 'Subaru Swap Shop'.
So there !

If people don't want criticism they shouldn't post pictures of their cars on the internet. It's not a hard concept.

Hi,
talk about **** on someone’s chips,
we see scoobs of all shapes and forms from the sublime to the ridiculous but each and every one is personal to the owner.
Imagine how the new owner feels now, he was so proud of his new purchase, so much so he posted a picture of his pride and joy just to end up with the some netters slagging it off.
I reckon if all the slaggers brought their scoobs here to the clinic we would find issues with every single one, I would like to see how they like it.
If I was the O/P I would join a different forum, the likes of UK scoobies, plenty of banter, good advice and an each to their own theme running through the forum, a bit like this forum used to be many ytears ago, fun and informative.
cheers

lol all the hurt feelings!
How do you think I feel when I see comments on here about my pride and joy? I've had people on here saying that I paid twice what it's worth or should have bought a JDM one or built my own forged one from scratch or even that I bought an ugly hatch and should have got a newage etc.
I don't give a flying ****, I come on here to improve my knowledge and take what I need from the forum. I've got a brilliant car and it's actually now better from the advice I got from fellow members, including one in particular who is often labelled as a troll.
It is far different to the advice on the swap shop, yes there is some good going on there but unfortunately most of the advice is at variance to what is said on here. Remember an awful lot of the contributors on here are mechanics, engine builders and even Subaru or main dealer employees.
If people think this is a forum full of keyboard warriors they should really go and have a look on some of the others. In general most of the talk on here is banter that sometimes goes the way of heated opinion but that's because we generally love our cars and have a wide base of opinions and taste. Most of us out and about flick the headlights at each other, make a point of chatting at the meets, shake hands, appreciate each others' rides and stick together.
At the end of the day most of it is banter and really not anything to be taken too seriously.
But while I'm at it, that red Subaru is a bloody shed what was the owner thinking?! Anyone would laugh at that let alone a bunch of enthusiasts.

Ditch, I'll edit it further for you!
I don't give a flying ****, I come on here to improve my knowledge and take what I need from the forum. I've got a very ugly and heavy car with an engine that is still going to explode and it's actually now better from the advice I got from fellow members, including one in particular who is often labelled as a troll because I went and bought a 20 year old rusty classic because they never had engine problems
While I'm at it, Gaz's red Subaru is a bloody shed what was he thinking?! Anyone would laugh at that let alone the members of the ultimate Subaru resource, the swap shop.
I've bought you a cushion so you don't feel like you've shared a bed with Liberace each time you've taken your car for a spin Gaz!

I had better not bring my P and J into this :P I love this forum. Opinions are called that, for a reason. Everyone is entitled to one and most differ.... So? We don't do things to our Scoobys for other people. We do it because we think we like what we have done/achieved.

I already save money by running her on supermarket 95, car has a self-learning ECU. Maximum boost from cold is not a problem because I run her on 0w60 oil like they recommended for racing engines at halfrauds
