Disagree, whilst she is young and has disposable income (presuming shes living at home) make her take her own insurance out. I have friends who are going on 30 who's dad always insured their car, now they are buying £20k motors their dad is taking a step back and insurance is still expensive because they have no personal no claims bonus. I was about 23 insuring Gp20 Imports for less than they can get an Audi A3

Always worth paying that little extra now whilst they can afford it, in 5 years when shes got a house and getting married they dont want a big insurance bill do they?

6.0L V8.. seriously.. Insurance prices are not dictated by cubic capacity.
