he did not mention Herefordshire, but did mention Hertfordshire - in a hilarious joke, juxtaposing 50 miles outside London with the scenery of Scotland

No licence required. We watch catch up services, which generally has everything we want to watch anyway.

I quite enjoy Top Gear for the light hearted entertainment it is, but I will say that so far this series it does all feel very much like deja vu. I would like them to change things up a bit.... a new presenter, some new ideas.... not a complete moan, just a wish.. before the TG fans get on my case!
Mind you Rachel Riley was cute in week 1

So you watch iPlayer without a licence - everytime I go on iPlayer it states that you still need a a licence so you have nicely admitted on a public forum to breaking the law - well done

No, you do not need a licence to watch I-player, its classed as a catch up service. It's not every time; You are referring to the "watch TV live" section on I-player, which we do not watch.
The TV licence agency have no issues with what we do, forgive me, But I'll assume they are correct on the matter, not you.

I havent watched Top Gear in ages, went off it a long time ago when the presenters all started acting like clowns but lastnight I thought I'd give it a go. I switched it on when they launched the hover van, thought it was quite funny at first then Hugh Jackman came on......again quite good but that didnt last for long. What where they doing with that hover van near the restaurant.....tables and chairs flying everywhere like we are supposed to believe its real and also when they knocked that guy out of the boat. This is the same reason I stopped watching it years ago and im a bit disappointed nothings changed!
