So in summary......A TD04 equipped WRX is a quicker car to 80mph than TD05 20g STI?

I keep saying it on here, drivability is king, the bigger the numbers the harder it is to use, you need a fair bit of talent and experience to get the best out of it.

Perfect example is the Norris designs Evo in the TOTB thread, he's all over the place like a whirling dervish.

Power is nothing without control.
Thanks for info on the turbo I was all set to get to go for td05 but I will contact Andy again for something quicker spooling have only heard good things about his turbos.

We can take this round the back of the bike shed at break time if you like, and i'll beat some sense into you.
But only when i've finished with your sister, as where always at the back of the bike sheds

450 / 1495 = 0.301. x 1000 = 301 bhp per ton. (newage)

400 /1495 = 0.267 x 1000 = 267.5 bhp per ton. So 400 bhp is close enough to match.

Correct me if im wrong ? A rawer car can quite often feel faster even though it isn't.
fwiw iv'e watched a 302bhp classic (driven by a nutter) destroy a 414bhp blobeye with launch control and anti lag down the 1/4 4 times out of five runs

I phoned quite a few places for prices when my clutch gave up and Paul was half the price of some places for fitting.
His prices are hard to beat for nearly everything I've had done tbh.
Cheers for the info

I'm sure it's happened many time as i'm sure the opposite has been witnessed many times.
One thing that can be a bit deceiving when watching RWYB ,and not saying this is the case in your case . It's bracket racing, so the person who crosses the finish line first is not always the winner. Only the times on the ticket will prove that.

The youngest one is 50 and she's a right dirty old slapper, you better get down the Clinic and get them to sort your STI.

Andy f remap it. 450/430. Simples really.
