Lets take the body for example. If one of the major organs fails, then the body fails. The inner organ being limited automatically limits the outer/entire body. The universe follows the same principle. Planets and stars are limited although their lifespan is far longer then the human body, which in turn automatically limits the universe. So there must be something unlimited behind everything and this unlimited entity can only be one.
So your God created everything including people, therefore your denying evolution?

Thats the biggest load of crap I've seen posted in this thread yet, well seen it was written by a religious type....

"The Bible is clear that God existed before time and space were created. Genesis 1:1 tells us that “In the beginning, God created…” The implication is clear! God existed before both space and time! He spoke both into existence."

All of this is based upon the Bible, which was written by Man, hardly credible evidence is it? Some bloke put something in a book and millions of people believe it...

I do hope you can see the irony of this statement, but I somehow doubt it.

There is a theory at the moment of multiple universes that says that multiple laws of physics are assigned to each universe and that where the laws are incompitle the universes fail, and in the case where they succeed...

Why does it have to be a "who" invented gravity? A better question surely is "how did gravity come to exist as we observe?" To ask the question otherwise says a lot about your mindset

No this is wrong. We get different elements by varying the number of PROTONS in the nucleus, which leads to different valence shells, which in turn leads to differing chemical properties. Back to school for you young Leslie!

Current theory is the big bang. Net overall energy is zero though

Yes and science is an exciting endevour in the process of answering them using observable, measurable, mutually supporting and predictable evidence. Or you can go with the sky fairy option. Up to you

Seriously now atheists.

You really are a bit stupid. You aren't providing me with enough mental stimulation for me to get angry or hyped up or actually want to take you serious for a change.

I've found some black extremists on another forum and its more exciting arguing with them so sadly I'm going to leave you kufar types to eating bacon, having gay **** sex and playing stringed instruments amongst other things. Hopefully you don't do all three at once!

Inshallah may God have mercy on your soul. If he chooses not to, God can us who did believe stand around and just point and say 'ha ha' like that kid from The Simpsons please. Ameen.

Oh and atheists stop trying to hijack science like it was exclusively discovered and is revered by atheists only. You only make yourself seem less intelligent (once again). Good luck and remember Cemos WILL return

OK you now have run out of things to say and have descended further (if possible) into blatant trolling - have fun. Oh and if we're kufar, that must make you a camel humper

Well that was an interesting read, thanks for sharing. Although from what I've read the Casimir effect doesn't mention particles being created from nothing (assuming I got the right effect). Has to be said as well that anything mentioning zero point energy is a touch on the iffy side.

I'm sure some day they will somehow explain that the likes of anti-matter, dark energy, Higgs Boson etc etc was already explained or somehow already foretold in some religious literature.

Well, I invented stuff which isn't patented so you ain't going to find out what it is. Furthermore I made plans for a perpetual motion machine (yeah yeah not possible whatever). I'm not a scientist. I don't sit there wanking over science or the latest discovery. I can't comment wether atheists have pictures of scientists as their **** material but I for sure don't.

Come on dude, you don't expect me to take an absurd comment by an 'atheist' as serious now do you? Especially when you guys have issues with rational thought processes.

Anyway don't knock Camel humping until you tried it.

I am not religious, simply because there is no evidence to support it. Just because you don't agree with certain theories such as 'the big bang theory' doesn't mean you should automatically jump to the conclusion that there has to be a higher being like 'God'. Also, using the Bible or Quran as any sort of reference is ridiculous - 'It must be true because it's in this book we made up.'

If religion makes you a better person then fair enough. However it seems to make others the complete opposite which is why non believers have a problem with it.

Shaid - The fact is this isn't a religious website nor an Atheist one. Therefore you have opinions from lots of different people. So stop telling people to go to this certain website full of people who share the same opinion as you. How is that fair?

It's all relative. We're all atheists depending on who's point of view you are looking at, a Hindu or a Scientologist may well see Muslims or Christians as non believers and vise versa for example.

No, it is not fair. As you mentioned this is not a religious or atheist website. So if atheists want to discuss religion come onto gawaher.com and discuss it with people who will actually take them seriously and not treat them like poop. The website does not share the same opinion as me on a whole load of topics. In fact the website has no opinion! The users who frequent the site might. Anyway they won't convert you. Furthermore you have a right to believe whatever you like just like i have the same right to believe that you are full of crap too You lead your life according to what your mates and peers judge you by and depending what is acceptable to society at that very point. Lol, and you have the audacity to judge religious folk who have been following pretty much the same recipe for centuries. What was this about atheists being intelligent again?

All that's going on here is a load of atheists giving it the 'big i am' in a zone in which they are comfortable. Step out of that zone and they are nothing.

Look, i said i don't have a problem with religious people as long as it makes them a better person. This clearly doesn't seem to be the case with you. You don't have to answer this but why are you religious? Just out of interest.

I am not religious. I respect people who dedicate a lot of time to their spirituality however that is not me. My connection to god is more personal and does sometimes include swear words. I am not a role model of any sort however I try and be a good human being.

The only reason why I have to defend religion is due to the constant clap trap and damn right lies we recieve, are accused of, etc, etc.

Why should I not believe in God?

Who are you to question my beliefs? An irrelevant person is what you are to me. Do I question your beliefs? Nope, and neither do I care what you believe in nor what your justification is.

I did say you don't have to answer. If you believe in something so strongly you should be able to justify it. Once again i'm not saying you have to justify it to me. It was just a simple question and I was interested to see what you had to say.

The reason I asked is because I wanted to know what YOU get out of it. As far as I am aware, people believe in 'God' because they think they will be rewarded with eternal life as long as they follow the teachings within whatever holy text that religion holds.

If i'm coming across as aggressive or offensive in any way then I really don't mean to. I feel this is an interesting topic and people should be able to offer opinions and have questions.

Ffs it's not all relative. Perspective is completely irrelevant, just because you don't believe in someone else's god doesn't make you an Atheist from there point of you.

Atheists don't believe in the existence of gods/deitys at all (simplistally). Not believing in someone else's god, being indifferent to religion or indeed being on the fence on the subject doesnt make you a bloody Atheist.

Religion is relative, but either way, non believers of which ever flavour of religion will burn in hell or suffer whatever damnation unless of course your God is harder than their God(s) and save you from their eternal damnation.
