I run an sti top mount at 401. Road car also used for sprinting. never had a problem with temps. Yes they rise a bit while stationary(i have a temp guage) but not to excess. And not enough to get ant negtive effects on performance. My turbo is being squeezed pretty dam hard to acheive the power from a small turbo. So id guess the sti top mount must work pretty well
Even sprinting sat in a que for 10 or so mins with the motor running then a full bore start of a start line. Never experienced a temp problem

Haha oh Jesus that's another 2 turbos thrown jnto the mix... I'm now well and truly baffled!
Ok so what I want is a car that is awesome for the road and light track, I.e a good drive able car, but also want a good amount of power. What is the best turbo? Don't want to forge my engine yet either so can't really be going above 350-370bhp right?
Any suggestions will be listened to

A td05/18g with billet wheel would be my suggested turbo for your requirments and based on cost. The sc turbos are good. But imo over priced for the extra gained. An 18g should see 360/70 with the correct supporting parts without issue
