You could get one from Japspeed etc, maybe for less. Alot of people dont like the cheaper options but TBH as long as its stainless steel itll be fine. Mine is running 340+bhp on a Japspeed 3" system. No complaints !
Ideally you'll need a remap if you remove the downpipe cat. Mid cat/resonator can be removed without a remap. Are you planning more mods?
Also, bear in mind that if you remove the 2 cats, that tone your fond of from the Prodrive exhaust will change. The exhaust loses the low rumble and gets raspy without the cats

Not really planning on any more power Mods at the moment, maybe I won't do it then I like the rumble burble, what if I just removed the mid cat/resonator?
When I had my last Impreza I had a type RA and it had a turbo back exhaust into a HKS Super Dragger and it was a nice tone but too loud for everyday use, that was a weekend car. So I didn't mind the noise but don't want that this time round, I prefer the low burble.

Yeah should be fine without the mid cat. Mine had a nice rumble without it, just got raspy after I removed the downpipe cat. Means you won't need a remap either
I know what you mean about the SuperDragger. I had one on my old classic and it was loud !

Yeah was so loud lol
So I can just buy a mid pipe then is that what it will be called, will my Prodrive exhaust be 2.5"?
Would this be suitable:

Or this:

Quick query what will I do with the rear 02 sensor?

You could just get the centre section and then you'd essentially have a cat-back system. You won't need a remap and you'll get a few more bhp.
I'd go with the japspeed one tbh. It's a good bit cheaper and decent quality.
Whichever one you choose will already have the plug hole for your O2 sensor. Just a case of screwing it in
