Yeah, I've got a Japspeed on mine. Great quality for the price. Think it was £200 for the full system.
You will see massive improvements with a full decat exhaust system. 30-40bhp with a remap.
If your going for a bigger turbo as well, save all the bits up and fit them all over a weekend before getting it mapped. All stage 2 mods are fairly easy to fit yourself with the exception of the injectors(PITA!!) and the clutch if you were replacing that as well, which you really should be @ anything over 300bhp

I think I'm going to go for a Samco coolant and boost hose kit so I think I shall get the Samco inlet hose too, for filters is the k&n typhoon kit ok? Or do you mean the panel filter

Would I be ok to fit the VF34 on my car if I keep it out of boost, to get it to where I'm going to map it or would I need to disconnect the actuator hose or something untill it is mapped
Hi there

Yes standard TMIC and DV is best bet,if you don't want to spend lot more,if its budget then yes STI TMIC I would add

Japspeed exhaust are not so bad and many people running them without the issue, personally I would just go with 2.5" Downpipe and centre pipe and backbox of yours choice(personally I loved 2.5" TSL Group N backbox)

Here is the link on the backbox

Coolant hoses, this is not performance mod,its just looks good under bonnet,if yours doesn't needs to changed then keep them until you will need to change

We are still running OEM hoses and they're been best for us

Yes Inlet hose I've mean, its pain in **** to fit, stay away from cheap inlet hose, which collapse under heavy boost

Yes panel filter I've mean,K&N or Green Cotton are best,Cosworth is overpriced

Really depends on you,if you want fit everything yourself and save some money or get this fitted to someone

Really I would suggest speak with Neil and he will give you best options and advice
