I'm on a mission to ensure that this forum can be somewhere that a Scooby enthusiast - whatever their level of knowledge of the marque - won't be afraid to post a question, and most importantly can confidently post one knowing that they won't get a Grade One prat making a fool of them.
Or replace with Tubby when he's in a good mood.

Right , I'm gonna be serious now
This thread has now took on a more light hearted feel
But please guys we should think what replies we post when it's apparent that the op is either new , or having a bad time ( obviously if it's known )
And don't forget a lot of you guys know each other which makes a huge difference
I'm just as guilty as most , but I'm gonna try and use my head a little more
And I still maintain just because it's the tinternet doesn't mean someone won't be affected by a comment
And tadge I would appreciate ( for once a sensible response )

i clash with a lot of people due to my posting style, its ok i dont take it seriously.
some people i have respect for who i clash with, others i dont.
for instance you and kok.
both impreza enthusiasts. you tried mapping, kok is rebuilding his engine (badly
) but he is having a go. this i have respect for.other people like boringwelsh**** i have total disdain for. no technical knowledge, not a modder just an evo reader who bought an impreza who thinks he is a cut above the rest of us plebs with his long dull posts.
but we all move on

I agree in part with what you say
But I don't think technical knowledge or not modding your own car should mean you should be thought inferior or boring
Tbh I find quite a few threads on here so boring ,I even bore myself to tears sometimes ( like now )
But someone who posts something that might bore me or you might interest others
Tbh I've not really read any lwc threads or posts , so can't comment but what I do know as a person he's a salt of the earth type bloke
The same as it's said about f1 fan , ect ,ect
We really don't know each other well enough to comment on people just because of the way they come across or what they say when posting
