Yes I am. If you owned a shop and your customers kept turning around because their shoes got stuck in your doormat, would you suggest your customers change their shoes or would you change your doormat.

And you'd go out of business. In this world you need to adapt to survive.

Nice analogy but he problem is its not really like that. What we're talking about is a smaller percentage of a small percentage of users, I.e the Apple users that have upgraded to more recent versions of ios.

So realistically do you recode/format your website just to suit a small number of users, when you know the problem will be solved at a later date by a third party?

Oh and by the by, mine works fine on ios5

1. Don't ask Jack - he's an Apple disciple
2. Go view the bazillion comments in Computer Related from Jack about why Apple/ipad are so good
3. Please assume you're in the wrong as Jack is always right - Apple is always best

Application support, interoperability, longevity, hardware and operating system from the same team. The list is too long, you stick with Cheap it's easier for you to understand.

I answered your question and gave you a bonus at the end. Why waste your time, is it guilt for going cheap?

Jack, after reading that I was tempted to call you a complete ****, but then I decided it would be an insult to a ****.

What was the point in that really? Up untill that point you'd made a perfectly reasonable post, then you had to make an **** of yourself.

None the less, the first part of your post basically answers Tommys question. Having used both how ever, practically wise for every day usage the difference is very little. Yes granted the touch screen on the nexus isn't quite as good and it is made of tupperware boxes but for the hundred pound saving on the ipad mini, who cares.

I get the impression the two of you are quite similar in your own lil way. Each more than able to go off on there own lil tangents when needed. Just so happens at the moment we're casually browsing your Appley little world.

Tommy, I answered your question, as I thought you didn't understand it, buy the cheap one.

Neil, Tommy appears to have the technical ability of the pope, not the current pope, the original one. I on the other hand am often referred to on here as The Oracle or The Guru, most know that when answering technical question I have yet to be wrong, even regarding the Facebook shares.

Seriously? Granted i've not been on here long, how ever in that time most referrences to your goodself have usually used the terms: Apple fanboy, iSheep or ****. But hey.

None the less, if Tommy is as technologicall inept as you like to portry. Then realistically the nexus 7 is by far the better option as very few of the advantages of the ipad (except maybe the extensive customer support) will be of any use.

You're obviously looking in the wrong places, ignore the anti apple brigade.

i just wondered, jack is correct im not technically adept in these things, im more an engine guy.

i just cant see what more the ipad can do compared to the nexus 7 to justify its price tag.

thats why i asked.

Tell ya what, if you can find a post where someone actually refers to you as a guru or what ever then i'll believe you. Untill which point I shall consider you to be a moderately homocidal Apple fan who believes that even after the loss of the messiah himself, Apple are still infallible purveyors of technological perfection.

Someone else had that same problem. Apparently if you go to the Music app then go to the store from the link there it will fix your problem.
