have you replaced any hoses under the bonnet ?
Isnt there a 1 way valve off the solid lines that run along the bulkhead that people miss off that causes this type of pedal feel ?

Iv replaced the servo, got to bleed system and see where I'm at.... Hopefully that's it if not then I'm out of ideas, have also just found there's a valve in the brake line vac hose at the top , this can fail also

Hi guys, resolved, it was the rear caliper sliders seizing up, along with the fronts etc thats the main culprit, was shocked as disks look like there been used etc etc but that is the answer, iv also replaced the servo etc as above but check your rear caliper sliders!
