DVLA need to be informed
I asked the DVLA about this, they said there is no legal requirement to inform them but that it won't do any harm by letting them know.

If you do get stopped then I guess you haven't broke any laws by not informing the DVLA, but is it really worth the hassle of wasting everyone's time whilst the police investigate it?

How much did it cost?

Wheels definitely need a colour change and get some STI rear lights.
ye sti lights are on the list! im gunna brake it up a little with colour, calipers ect... was just the cheapest option to go fully matt black! they showed me 4000 colour samples n tbh it made my head hurt n they said in there experience black looked best so I went with there advide! cheers for the constructive criticism

your intelligence is confirmed by your grammar, so the wrap is appropriate.

you could do you spelling test on it

sorry mate I may have confused! its liquid wrap they call it liquid vinyl NOT to be confused with plasti dipped!

its like a rubber seamless coating, 6 or 7 layers sprayed on top of each other! very tough stuff and can be peeled off like vinyl
