what is the worst car you have ever owned or driven>>

Anything Vauxhall quite frankly. A metal box with an engine and wheels and nothing else positive about it.
Someone else here said a KA. I agree in part, I had one as a courtesy car but it didn't half handle well.

Three cars spring to mind, firstly an Alfa 159 sportwagon 2.0ltr beautiful leather interior embossed seats nice raspy exhaust note and unfortunately that was a s good as it got every time you put your foot down the cab stank of clutch although it never slipped bits fell off it monthly and then it decided it would not start at all took six weeks to get it going again, secondly a Pug 2.0litre 407 saloon as big as a battle ship in side and about as fast, lasted 3 months, and lastly the daddy of them all my late Jaguar s Type 2.7 twin turbo diesel sport, bought at just over 3years old fill leather all, the toys money could buy but decided to go into limp mode one day and end up costing 5 grand to put right,I ended up hating the thing after that and took a massive hit to get rid of it.

98% of anything Vauxhall should've been my response!!
As for the insignia, I can't like a car that's named after an old deodorant lol

Course I haven't driven the rebadged Holden nor have I driven the vxr220. Funnily I was thinking "what about the vxr220" when I typed my post but every marque has one or two shining lights that shine amoungst the turds ie lancia delta Integrale etc.

Worst car ive owned is my 2001 Evo 7 GSR(back in 2005) after coming from my blob WRX I thought, and people would think that I was getting a better car!! But to me it was boring to drive, and just didnt do it for me at all.

My father bought it about 15 years ago as he loved to buy strange cars. I actually learnt to drive in it, was odd at first with the shifter on the column but soon got used to it. Was actaully quite a laugh crusising round the town in a smokey 2 stroke car that nobody recognised. Ours was snot green

Fiat Punto 1.2. Horrid little car generally, but great for fuel consumption! Oh and it will happily run over one of those square bollards, banana the radiator but still not loose a drop of coolant!
Had a couple of Escorts which were fun, grip grip grip no-grip ...

Worst car i've ever owned has to go to the 54 plate corsa i had for nearly 3 year. Steering felt like it wasn't connected and handled like it was on casters.
Worst car i've driven is a toss up between the corsa and a mates navara. The gearbox was a complete mystery (stir it and see what comes out) and becuase it had bloody great off road tyres, the steering was... interesting.

You still hating the Type R??
Its unfair trying to compare it against your old mk2 Focus RS, its never going to be as good, unless you spend the best part of a Focus RS modding the Type R!!
Have you ever driven a newage STi?? If so how would you compare it against the FRS??
Having been in a Mk2 FRS and owning a few newages and a Type R, I feel the newage is the best all rounder, the Type R needs lots of love and attention and they maybe a lot quicker in standard form, then the two other cars, and a lot more raw to drive.
The only thing with the FRS is when the roads are damp/wet you could never use its full potential, where as my newage STi I can drive it in any weather, leave it anywhere, and it costs about half the price of mk2 FRS!!

I think my first 3 cars!!
Pug 106 - 1.0 - 4 speed (3 wheel nuts :O ) no go at all and fuel gauge would move about as you put your foot down lol.
Escort mk6 1.3 (push rods noisy as hell) looked ok as it had a nice standardish body kit on (was ok at 17) but was really a shed but couldnt afford the escort 1.8 gti.
Mondeo 1.8 tdi mk1 - seats were the most comfortably thinks ever but when it reached 235k miles, it was shockingly slow and smoked so badly!
