I've checked the sizes on my Milleniums which are 17/7.5 ET48 so is an arch roll the only option to stop the tyre rub with that off set??

Is it that noticeable
Thanks Craig but to much really as I want gold and I would need a refurb, ideally if I found a set without tyres as I have four new ones already and then I could paint them. I have seen a couple of sets but it's all hours away and collection only so I just as well wait for new ones.

Thank you both for the info , I wasn't that keen on the arch roll idea due to concerns about paint damage and the onset of the dreaded classic arch rot
I put the 45 profile on after reading that it would give better ride quality over the 40 profile especially with the poor condition of the roads where myself and Bry live (We are the forgotten town)
The geo is deffo on the list to be done after fitting the coilovers but I'm still waiting for a pair of rear droplinks that have been on back order for just over two months so I can fit the ARB's, a pair of rear camber bolts may help too I take it?

I had not realised you had coilovers on there as well.... It may just be you need to get the car set up properly height and alignment, there's a few factors to consider, I'm no expert so can't go into to much detail really, it could be that Bry maybe having similar issues with his set up.

You might not thank me for saying this but I will anyway
Your 45 wall tyre is trying to compensate for your hard ride of the coil overs.
If you we're to consider changing your coil overs to a quality strut like a KYB with a lowering spring Eibacs for instance, change to a 40 wall tyre and your ride will be much improved especially for our potholed roads.
You did ask lol

They did rub with the standard STI suspension but a geo set up can only move things in the right direction I've only covered around 800 miles on the tyres I've put on the rims so selling is not an option but they'll be replaced with a 40 profile next time around.

I have read bry that a set of red STI suspension with P1 springs is a very good set up fixed platform wise if you can get hold of a set?? Have a looksey in the suspension section. Did you check the tyre width and wheel off set after??

I had KYB AGX (adjustables) and some of the last red OE P1 springs ever made on my V5 STi and quite a few commented on how good it was. It had bugeye STi rims and did not suffer any fouling or rubbing.
Ask Tiptoptaf or Gem at the meet how they are getting on with it.
