The car may be up for sale complete, but only if there aren't enough reasonable offers for the parts.
There has been a load of interest so far, but very few actual offers, so it's hard to work out what the car's worth either way.
I'll get some pics to you as soon as poss, and you can tell him what it's worth to you and then he'll decide whether to sell, break or repair. Breaking seems the most likely at the moment to be honest though.

50 for the ECU loom.
75 for the ECU.
10 for the centre box lid
5 for the green test mode connectors.
100 for the td04 turbo.
10 for the drivers side fog light & side light (not headlight)

A few more questions to answer...
- Yes the front brakes are 4 pots.
- The engine is the standard UK spec 215bhp (ish)
- I'm trying to find some sample pics of seats. They're the recaro style, dark blue round the outside, lighter blue inside. Not as blue as the pic someone sent though - they were LOUD ! If anyone knows a site who'll host the images I'll find some and post them up.
- Yes it has A/C, but have already had a pretty good offer.
- Yes the wheel is a Momo, but I think it's already spoken for. I'll check to be sure. You'll need to offer decent money for it though, as they're almost as rare as front bumpers !
- Razz, I wouldn't try bolting a turbo straight onto a sport engine !! I think you'll find the compression ratios are a bit different ! I assume you were kidding
- I'll check out shipping prices to US for the heavy mechanicals, but I fear it's gonna be expensive. I'll let you know Joe.

I think he's pretty set that he'll break it now, just need an idea what the engine and box is worth really. No offers for them yet so may have to do some homework this weekend to see what they're worth !!
Still no interest in the wings (both ok), tailgate or spoilers, wheels, exhaust, tail lights (they're different to the saloons btw), engine ancilleries, or rear drivers side door. A few reasoable offers for these will probably tip the decision the right way

thanks spike - I am aware that the shipping over here would be $$ unfortunately that is the downfall of driving an "imported" car here in the states.
I am willing to work with you as to finding an acceptible shipping solution

OK everyone,
We're going to compile all the replies/posts this weekend and work out whether the car's worth breaking. There are still some bigger components with no prices offered, so we'll work out what these should be worth and check that any interested parties are prepared to pay this price. If they are, then you'll all be hearing in the middle of next week what parts you can have. If you posted early but your offer is too low, we'll give you the first option on the parts you showed an interest in. We'll try and make it as fair as possible, but obviously aren't going to give the engine away for £100 just because you were the first to offer !
We're also toying with the idea of hiring a van and doing a tour of the south one weekend rather than shipping the larger items, hoping this might tempt some of you into making an offer you wouldn't otherwise have made. We'll still need to charge something for the delivery to cover hire charges, petrol etc, but if it's divided up among you all it's bound to be cheaper all round (and safer).
There are still quite a few bits unclaimed, so post your offers, as every couple of quid wil help the decision process.

Car is Dark Green and completely standard (ie Subaru twin pipe back box).
Rear bumper is fine, as are drivers side door cards (not sure about pass side, need to check on Wednesday when the car is released).
