I never said I was a somebody but I do know to be a true Muslim you can't pick and choose what part of your faith to follow. So clearly this makes you a none believer really.
Answer me this if the Quran is correct as it can be dated back to the beginning...
In the Quran it says that Jesus is not the son of God. But the Quran follows the teachings of the Bible. The Bible clearly states numerous times that Jesus is the son of God. I bring this up because this alone proves the Quran is a incorrect script amongst other verses.
The Quran is only half the teachings as it was sent forth to Muhammad to teach from his understandings and teachings given to him by the Angel Gabriel and God. So without Muhammad the book cannot be interpreted correctly by a mere man who is not Muhammad himself.
Shaid the half muslim isnt that Harram

Swaynie - come over onto the Islamic forum.
You obviously have a lot to say on the subject.
This is not the place for it.
Plus you are wrong on so many levels.
Come on then....

So, if the Quran says that Jesus is not the son of God, how do we know for sure that it certainly follows the teaching of the Bible? Does Quran admit to it itself, or are you saying it because you think so?
How do we know for sure that the teachings were sent forth to Muhammad to teach from his understandings and teachings given to him by the Angel Gabriel and God? How do we know that the Angel Gabriel and God ever even existed? What if Christianity just made the two up out of thin air of fear, like Muslims could have made their Allah out of blinding sandstorms, and Hindus could have made their fat Ganesh out of a psychotic elephant?
Please enlighten. I'm just an interested reader.

I think you're stealing my lines now! Anyway I think any real criticsm should be directed at the OP as this thread wouldn't be here if he hadn't stirred up the hornet's nest and it's gone exactly as he intended!

Everything I've stated is fact and any Muslim going on the defensive is proof enough that I'm touching a nerve.
Why would I want to go on a Muslim forum full of brainwashed people who don't understand there own teachings.
I used Hinduism as an example of gods that are around in faith.
This thread clearly shows how narrow minded faith actually is and not just Muslim but all faith in a god.
These rules or guidelines that you all follow apart from Shiad who is a part time Muslim are to today standards a little ott and barbaric.
Prime example of how contradicting the faith is. Jesus made water into wine and he also drank wine but yet the commandments say you can't drink alcohol.
If any if you two do called Muslims can answer me why you can't drink alcohol even though in the good book it says you can.
I think I've proved enough that faith and religion is a load of old tosh.

Don't believe in God myself personally but am pretty sure religion accounts for more than its fair share of the Worlds problems. Don't think the Crusades did a lot to help.

True enough, but dont forget that Islam was the Saudis attempt (very successful, too) at appropriating Judiasm.
Islam is Judiasm taken, tweeked and reinvented as something new. Ironic then that so many muslims regard jewsih nations as their enemy rather than as religious brothers...

You have yet to manage it Shaid so don't get to happy with yourself.
Your allegiances really depend on which day of the week it is really.

Here's the thing, being a good person and believing in god are two separate things. If you're a bad person you lack empathy, not religion.
Here's a reminder:
Fair warning, it's a bit graphic in places.

You refuse to go onto a Muslim forum and feel confident enough to state that it is populated by 'brainwashed people who don't understand there own teachings'. Do you understand how ridiculous you sound now?
Your Jesus/Wine anology is pretty stupid. Now either you are not as clever as you sound or are acting dumb intentionally. You should know very well by now that it is the 'drunk' part that is the sin. Of course there is a lot more to it but hey, you won't come along to the Islamic forum so no free courses.
You see, the real reason is that you are not interested in learning nothing. Neither are you of the 'it doesn't bother me what you believe in' brigade. You are a simply a troll who hopes that by attempting mockery and belittling you can win (which frankly you can't, your only highlight you narrow mindness - funny actually because isn't that what you accuse of god believers to be)

I am proud that my allegiances follow the correct path of humanity and are not clouded by nationalism, colour, religion or whatever other excuse you can muster.
Funny actually as the example you highlighted is perfectly reasonable to any normal sane person and more so to an athiest of all people. Maybe you are not as atheist as you claim to be.

Ref the second part it is Jewish Nation not Nations. I think the hatred is far more deeper than 'because they is wrong religion'. Well actually, i know that and so do you.
But one thing though. Considering how close the Abrahamic religions really are we really should all get along better. It's madness that we fight over our beliefs which are pretty much the same anyway. Maybe atheists have a point that without religion the world would not be in such turmoil.

I know two people who have had very close NDE's.
One of them stated they saw a light, they feeled as if they were hovering above their body and looking down and felt like they were going to a better place.
The second person said there was nothing at all. Nothing at the other side as far as what his experience seemed.
Taking this in mind it is pointless in arguing about the specifics of the afterlife as frankly none of us knows for certain we all have our own beliefs and faiths. That includes atheists. Your belief is that nothing happens. That is a belief not a known fact. religious folk will argue that there is heaven/hell/reincarnation/etc. None of this is proven. So why argue over this?
Bottom line - we can all be ***** about it all day long and keep pointing fingers, calling each other names, belittleling each other and so on so forth. None of this will change anything other than make one another more firm in their beliefs and simply think of the other as a bigger *******.
So in light of this let's all be nice to each other. I was bored yesterday evening so maybe i went a little ott with some of you folk but then on the other hand you probably deserved it... anyway the world will keep spinning, believers will keep believing and the disbelievers will still disbelieve. Why be a **** about it all?

I wish my command of the English language was better. I can see the stance you are taking in your first attempt. Interesting thought process neverthtless.

I think that Islam needs a reformation. A complete review which maintains all of the decent guide to life and spiritualism but which rejects of of the meideval third world beheading and stoning and fatwah nonsense.
I am also just as critical as the extreme American Christian zealots, btw.

Everything I have said is pulled from religion and of course you have not answered any if my questions which is typical.
Personal note for Shiad it is haram to use curse words or using the devils tongue this will send you to the hellfire. Shows how much you know about your own faith.
I'm done proving you wrong. You can't even answer me about my first question about Adam and Eve and dinosaurs who became before man?

Just a simple question (not a debate) where in the bible does it state that Jesus is the son of god?
Thanks

Mark says it at the outset of his gospel (1:1).
The angel told Mary her child would be the Son of God (Luke 1:35).
John the Baptist said the same thing (John 1:34).
Nathanael said it (John 1:49).
Martha believed it (John 11:27).
The centurion said so (Matthew 27:54).
Jesus claimed that He said so (John 10:36).
Jesus clearly implies it in John 11:4.
The demons called Jesus the Son of God (Matthew 8:29; Luke 4:41; Mark 3:11).
The charge against Jesus was that He claimed to be the Son of God (Matthew 27:43; John 19:7), a claim He never denied, and virtually admitted (Luke 22:70).
The Gospel of John was written to convince the reader that Jesus was the Son of God (John 20:31).
Why, you might ask, does Jesus not say so plainly. I think the answer is found in Matthew 16:15-17:

now its my duty to respect every religion and belief so I don't intend to offend any one with the above question.
