What does 2k get you nowadays ?

£2k I'd get a 172 Clio.
For £3k then you'd get a decent classic or a Type R Civic EP3
But depends where you are and if you want to travel......cars around where I live demand more of a premium then up north hence why I travel up north to get my cars.....almost make a profit from just collecting them lol

Or go to london, you can pick up some high class ****** for about £270 an hour, they will spank and bite you for that too. So 2k could get you almost 7.5 hours of a ****ing good time

Worth saving a bit more, a decent Impreza your looking between £4.5-5k and something across the lines off a bugeye STi or even a classic STi(type ra, type r).

This would be a 2nd car and yes I've learnt the best way what expense comes with an impreza and I don't regret it and am still working on improving the one I have. This thread wasn't about replacing my existing car because I Couldent afford one it's because I fancied something else to play with and wondered what else was about for the money

2 grand gets you everything and nothing, it all depends how brave you are. S class Mercs, V8 E39 5 series, Range Rovers all sorts of premium or sporty motoring. The down side is that if anything goes wrong you are looking at another 2 grand to put it right unless you are good with the spanners!
