Alright Angel. You didn't get an 8 stretch for defending a family member. As far as I know that isn't a crime.

To be fair, angel did say he went a bit over the top. It's that piece that he got done for - but he hasn't said what he meant by that yet

Way way too far to warrant 8 years.

I don't know a lot about sentencing rules but that has gotta be along the lines of attempted murder?

yes ok i admit way to far, wont go to much detail but he was tortured and left blind ...... he had tryed to rape my daughter so i wasnt thinking straight

To be fair, I think you did well not to kill him in those circumstances. Oh. Hmmm. Trying to rape isn't quite the same as actually raping. Still pretty bad though.
