What are you getting at exactly?
You don't destroy a dog or cat because it isn't a pedigree, mongrels are far more common than pedigree dogs in pet ownership and it's widely considered mongrels are healthier for being that way compared to their pedigree cousins anyway.
If the animal in question had a genetic health issue I could understand destroying it however just to say it isn't from the best blood lines isn't justification in any way.
