Just watching the news and there's a 91 year old guy with a wife who needs daily care and despite phone calls by him and his neighbours not one person in any form of authority has been round or even contacted them..... sorry, but it's not right! I know everyone is under strain, but people like that are an absolute priority!
Numerous other people saying that very little contact with the local councils, police or EA has been forthcoming.
What exactly is Cameron doing in these Cobra meetings FFS? Having a nice whisky and talking about his massive bank balance?

I find the sight of various government ministers blaming each other for the response to the flooding, unedifying, unnecessay and frankly distasteful
