Fit stereo for now to see if it still drains battery.you don't need din adapter for now to do that,it just won't look tidy for time being.

Do I need the Sony iso adapter to fit it? I didn't look too
closely when I popped it out the other day.

looking for confirmation of the correct iso lead

Your car will have the white plug,you need a lead that plugs into this with a square black connector on other end. Also you need a lead that goes into stereo (like the one you've found) this also has a square black plug on the other end. Join these all up and bobs your uncle. Ps the black plugs might be in two separate halfs like the black and brown ones you've found.one of them is yout live,earth etc. And the other is for speaker wires.
