In this case, it appears the seller doesnt actually have any parts. He takes orders in then tries to source the bits elsewhere. Someone mentioned on facebook that he was buying items and getting them sent to other people, never delivered to himself.
Trusted Ebay traders do that all the time. I tried to buy an induction kit with a remap date arranged. The seller had 10 "in stock" so I ordered. A week later they cancelled and refunded my money with no explanation. It was because K&N themselves had none in stock and the seller was playing the "middle man". It messed me right up , but the difference is at least I got a refund !
well thanks for all the help guys I now have my refund well £400 anyway but I wont chase the £20 the powers of facebook and forums are very powerfull so let this be a warning to anyone else out there who plans to scam or rob somebody you will be found in the end
See Gary Mac, not everyone is as pathetic as you, people will put them selves out for others, you can't hide, not even behind your topless facebook photos.
Let it be a lesson learnt buddo!
Glad we got a good outcome Tyran, and with very little hassle. I have to admit, a small part of me actually enjoyed ripping him to shreds on his threads

It's a pity there isn't a like button for these sort of replies.
Great news, glad it got sorted, albeit a little short of a full refund, the boys on some of the Northern Ireland/Ireland forums were disgusted to hear this too and you had our support mate
If that's indeed where the ball bag works, then report him to his employer
It is indeed where he works as an apprentice mechanic.
That was the next step if he didnt pay up. Unfortunately I think there are others out there that he has done over as well, hopefully they will find this thread.
The guy obviously thought he was WAY more intelligent that he actually was, I mean if you are going to scam people, having genuine details about yourself on many forums isn't very wise. Numpty
The best is when he declared on facebook his tax evasion and his selling of counterfeits. Hysterical.
