WOW. That's amazing! What a crazy story. I'll bet the guy isn't actually a UK citizen and doesn't have a UK license? Can't believe he's gone from total denial of the accident to claiming for 7 personal injury cases. This is mad! This should all be assessed by the court with all of the detail you have shown included, but we all know it won't!
Glad the car is finally getting sorted though. What a long winded **** of a job!

What I do know is he does not speak English, and my insurance company had to send out a translator to get his staement, and when they eventually got hold of him after 6 weeks he had to put his 'mate' on the line to relay info....

Better day today.....
Today brings better news.
The car went into the bodyshop Monday night and work commenced yesterday morning.
Speaking with them tonight the repairs have been done and it goes into paint tomorrow. In with that they will be repainting the entire front bumper, so bye bye stone chips.
As to the 3rd party who hit me.... He's in court tomorrow

excellent news, been following this thread and thats made my day.
As steve001 pointed out - the mere mention of the ombudsman gets you right where you need to be. Our justice system sucks *** in its entirety, but for once the good guy wins
If he isnt sharing a licence or on a dodgy one, lets hope he loses it.
glad your beast is back to glory

Picked her up tonight from the bodyshop.... I am amazed how different she looks with no chips on the front, they exceeded my expectations.
Not only did they repair and paint the damaged wing, the whole front bumper had been de-chipped and sprayed as have the fog light surrounds, headlight jet covers, all three grill surrounds, and even inside the engine bay directly over the front grills.
Full valet of the car too before pickup.
Just waiting to hear the outcome of the court proceedings last Friday now

They most likely thought as it was an insurance job to blend the wing into the bumper and charge the insurance company more.
Glad its all repaired, lets hope he gets sent down for fraud!
