The information is available via a number of different sources. For balance.

In UKIP's case it's hypocritical to on the one hand denounce an organisation, yet on the other hand to use the same organisation to fund party coffers, personal expenses and bolster personal finances. UKIP need to send a clear message regarding the EU, not only as a party mantra but also in their actions behind the scenes.

Again that article doesn't say how much the other UK parties claim.
Not really. When this argument last kicked off in 2005 I think it was, UKIP clearly spelled out then that they would claim all the cash they could to help fight the EU and fund their own literature denouncing the EU and that is exactly what they have done. All EU parties get a communication budget and UKIP use theirs to campaign for withdrawal, something they have been clear about since day 1. They are fighting against a huge propoganda machine, including paid social media commentators whose jobs is to use social media and "correct" attitudes on the EU. Why not use the enemy's own weapons against them in the form of the communication budgets? That's clever not hypocritical, and they have hardly been sneaky about it, they have been shouting from the rooftops!

If this had been any other party apart from your beloved UKIP you'd of been all over it.
'The huge propoganda machine' is called scrutiny, something UKIP cannot stand up to too much of

Know your target, find that bait you just know they can't resist. Be it a promise of conquest, revenge, welfare, riches, safety or love.
And watch as they slowly come to you and walk right into the palm of your hands. Its as if they pick up and attach the strings themselves. Make them believe that they are in control, make them think that they have the opportunity to strike.
All you have to do is wait and keep yourself safe within your home and watch as everyone becomes your eager quarry.

The whole idea of an in or out poll scares me. 99.9% of people (including myself) do not have a good enough understanding on the situation as a whole, they just have the impression the media have given them.
Descision by propagander, ring any bells?

I can relate to this. If anyone has any references for a balanced view on pros and cons on EU membership, I would be very grateful.

Well you can tune in to the debates between Farage and Clegg then, one clearly in, one clearly out, and hear both sides.

its a massivley complex issue, that has regulatory and finantial implications on both side of the argument that people have no clue or even comprehention of.

Me (being my usual awkward self ) I want our terms as a EU member to be renegociated more in our favour.
I want our laws, social, welfare to be UK and not overruled by Brussels (human rights, right to benefits, right to free NHS treatment, right to free UK education, boarder control. etc).
However I would still prefer the UK to be part of the EUs free trade networks.

You need to properly understand our daft electoral system to know just how difficult it is for small party's to win Westminster seats.
The obvoius exception we could point to though is the Greens in Brighton in 2010.
I am fully signed up to a fairer more representative electoral system, but under the current rules, if UKIP win 5 seats it would be a minor miracle, and would require then to poll 20%+ of the popular vote.
Their electoral impact is oddly likely to be damaging to their own agenda, as they will hurt the Tories in their marginals and help secure a Labour win.
Oh and finally - this place really really really isn't representative of the UK as a whole
