Default Finally !! Evo 5/6 Intercooler on scoob

Finished late last night, (eyes are still asleep) Few Tweeks left to do, Fit nice proper brackets, Polish pipe work, Fit an additional straight flexi on the Drivers side pipe (bit to rigid) Oh yes & fit some nice mesh !!!
Car pulls much stronger after a quick blast this Morn, Needs an ecu reset really.

I have a greddy temp gauge fitted & so far no noticable change, Will have to see on a baking hot day though !!! Saying that when the fan does run you can feel it pulling through the intercooler quite noticably.. Only time will tell
Apparently the closer to the Rad the better sort of acts as one core ..

Thanks

Dean

I would fit a sheet of metal accross the top as a shield and down the sides of the rad to force air through it..

David,

Do you mean in the gaps that have now been created by moving the rad back ?? So the air does not just take the easy route out as such.. Yes , sounds like a good idea..
