There are a few of us lurking...my car is often in Canterbury and Bridge area...as well as anywhere in Thanet. I'll keep an eye out for yours, already saw it on Thursday when it turned up on the transporter!

Thanx Greg,
All comments/ideas are more than welcome.
The idea to start with is to meet on the fourth Sunday of every month so that it doesn't clash with the Quays meet which is the second sunday of each month which some of us SE owners regularly attend in convoy.
The fourth Sunday on April falls on the 29th and a venue is yet to be decided so any input is welcome, I was thinking along the lines of the Punch Tavern in Canterbury as it's easy to find for those travelling and it has a fairly decent car park while they can also handle the business. However being a brewers fayre it's also a little run of the mill! The Dog and Duck would be perfect for the summer and the food and scenery is excellent except it gets very busy on a sunday and they couldn't do anything for us as a club until after 3.00ish.
The Quays meet, which will be re-located elsewhere now, is on Sunday 15th. Keep an eye out in the southern section for more details on this. Unfortunately I won't be able to make this one but there will be others travelling up from this area for it. If you like I'll get R1NTR who usually goes up to drop you a mail closer to the time!

I live in Thanet and have a Silver MY00 Turbo. Drove through Ramsgate this morning past the Marina/Royal behind a Silver WRX (Jap not MY01). Was this Anyone on the BBS?
It was not me on Saturday though as I spent most of the day cleaning the car and tarting it up as I was on the Belgium meet on Sunday.
Nito, I will be up for a East Kent meet.

Hi Sean,
I've been trying to get your E-mail address (there isn't one in your profile) but I haven't seen any posts from you recently so wasn't sure whether you still posted. I take it that was you I saw the other day I also saw your missus driving around once.
If you could drop me a mail with your contact details as I'm compiling a list of local owners.
The silver wrx you saw works in the old Sally building, M plate with white wheels, it belongs to a local owner but he's not on the BBS yet, although he's given me his number and may be interested in coming along to some of the meets!

Would be happy to arrange something for April 29th, Canterbury sounds an ideal spot and I agree about the Brewers Fayre, might be somewhere else centrally, there's is that little chef on the hill heading into canterbury from A2, plenty of space there. Or perhaps a central canterbury meet and park cars in Barretts carpark if they are up for a bit of Sunday business just email or call to discuss further. vbtw the P1 is bloody superb!

Seems I got it wrong guys...looking at my diary I can see that the second Sunday of this month actually falls on the 8th and not on the 15th as I originally thought, which means I will be able to make it...convoy anyone!

Forgot that I'd been invited to watch the semi finals at the old trafford on the 8th. Needless to say I've done the right thing and cancelled it
So how about this convoy then...Russell, Sean (the pub will probably be showing the footy anyway!) P1 Media (you can invite the wife for a nice b/day meal at the fairmile arms)
have a look at the thread in southern section under surrey meet (ex-fleet quays meet) post by Andy Tang!

Nito,
Sorry, no can do! The guys are all coming round to mine to watch the footy and Karen is cooking up a Sunday lunch and we are making it an all day session. Driving features very low in the equation for that day.

The 8th Suits me! Football is a poofs game in any case (except you Sean, obviously!)
Tell me when and where Nito! You seem to know better than me the pubs that are worth it. Greg - can't you arrange for us to meet on Chesson's Drift at your local racetrack?
