Saturday night's a bit tricky, I am normally on the lash by then! Fancy making it about 5?
Nice one for bringing it back to the table...
Rich, was your car parked at the top of old cristchurch road on Sat night, near Circo? Had to protect it from some young peasants giving it a bit too close an inspection. Black ** WRX cant remember your plate.
Mark.

You are joking...I know I've got dents and scratches but leaving it in the centre....not mine!
I was in Bournemouth on Sat night though my head still hurts...
I hear there is another black STi just like mine around the area with a very similar plate and the same wheels
Would the owner please raise there hand...
Good idea about 5pm...bit more girlfriend/lager friendly.

Ron,
I'll be there! No it was definately black, I stood there quite a while waiting for a taxi id booked, f***ing clock changed though! It was the pre-facelift so I assumed it wasn't Rich's.
Any offers on at Macd's at the moment?!
Right see you there, should have 2 others.
Mark.

There is a similar Black Scooby to mine.
I have 17" Gold Stilauto alloys, a 4" exhaust, the small spoiler and a red grill badge, but I painted it. I see that a similar Scooby with the same alloys parks not to far from Slams at weekends.
I also see a Black Scooby with tinted windows driving through Charminster most mornings.
Unfortunatly I wont be able to make it as I have plans to get very drunk in Bournemouth
I was parked outside Slams Saturday for about 2 minutes at around 8:30. Saw two coppers walking past so had to make the engine raw as I went past them as I left

Hi Ron,
I have to collect somebody from work at 6.15 then out for the evening at 7.15`ish...but as you have gone to all the effort to organise the meet, I can be there just after 6.30 for half an hour. Any longer I will be on the menu for dinner..
Will that be OK?
Roger

Thanks to all those that turned up, we had 7 cars in all, for those of you that went on early(ish) Bob came and paid a fleeting visit from Bristol, via Exmoor!!!
Anyway we had a chat and decided that next time we should go go-karting , so hows about a show of hands so that I can get an idea how many are interested, this could even be open to mates so as to get the numbers up.

Hi Ron and everybody else who turned up and braved the drizzle. It was good to put some faces to names, also to see and hear the a few extras, home made mud flaps and grilles (I was impressed Ron!) and the non-standard exhausts which are now top of my “must have” list…!
Put Kelvin and me down for go-karting provided we could have a few weeks notice so I can get some practice in....

The indoor karting centre at Hurn is good for a laff. You can get 15 mins for £10 but they do do mini-prix, grand-prix and endurance events.
01202 570022 is their number if anyone wants more info or to organise...

Hi Lads
It was nice to see the last few of you I must get there earlier next time. Perhaps straight from Bristol instead of Via the Moors. I put 500 miles on my clock that day and was driving from 13:00 to 22:00 with just a 10 min break to chat to Ron and co and 20 mins for a steak on the way home.
You are all welcome to join the Bristol area lads on the next Exmoor run Sunday 8th.

Karting will do for me. Sorry I didn't stay too long but had to get an early night as I went to Belgium yesterday. Did Calais to Antwerp in 90 mins. You work that one out. Those European roads at 0700 on a Sunday are BRILLIANT!!!!

Rich,
Agreed, ive been to Hurn a couple of times and its well organised, lap times etc. Better if there are a dozen of us or so. They dont like you stacking their cars though
Good to meet you all, sorry I couldn't stick around too long.

Right I've just looked at the web site, hows about we go for a min-prix, which will cost£30 each for between 10 and 14 people, and you get to share a kart with one other person, you then do a one hour race (1/2hr each)?
How does that sound?

Sounds OK, but the VFM is not so hot is it. We go up there and do the arrive and drive for a tenner which is supposed to be for 15mins, they always let us do 20 mins if we don't bump but have had almost 30minutes before.
Anyway....I'm for it.
