Crystal indicator and side light pack
I have ordered a crystal light pack form Scoobyworld, and it should be with me tomorrow.
Now, what I want to know is how do I remove a the side lights? b the front indicators? and c the side repeaters?
Thanks
Darren

push the side repeaters to the side(right towards front of car I think) and they pop out.
Indicators should be as easy as popping the bonnet and taking out the screws that hold them in.

Just want the crystal headlights and side repeaters to finish mine off. Excellent mod.

Evening mate, once youve got these fitted could you let me know if they improve the quality and the amount of light you get from the lights.
I tried my lights the other night and they were shocking. Id be better strapping a couple of maglites together and fastening them to the bonnet!
Thanks
Adam

Adam, are you talking about just the headlights, not the sidelights, front indicators and side repeaters. As mine is the last shape of the Production line it came with crystal headlights. The bulbs in them as standard are well . I brought some Phillips GT150 50% brighter bulbs and they are much better, I don't really need to use main beam in the country lanes as on dipped they are fine. And NO I have not wired the fogs into the main headlights

Well the thing is ive been considering getting the crystal light pack that youve bought for a while now.
But i didnt want to pay £100 for the pack with the Silvertec bulbs if all i was going to end up with was a set of flashy crystal lights and some daft looking bulbs - i actually want the parts to be better than standard and i want the bulbs ( which you pay extra for ) to also be better than standard and to produce a better light. Comprende?
Ive also got a late production classic ( MY99 ) with crystal headlights fitted as standard and think the bulbs in them are poor as you say - would you recommend the Phillips GT150 bulbs then? Where did you get them from / price?
Thanks
Adam

Well I will let you know how the silvertec bulbs perform when I have fitted them, hopefull this afternoon.
The bulbs in my main headlights, the GT150 are good, but you can get 60% bright ones. These cost me £21.99 all in plus a free philips GT150 keyring
I got these bulbs from an online company pointed out to my by Simon (Silver Scooby Sport on here). They are called, www.autolamps-online.com.
I would really recommend them. Have a look on there website and have a look around.
Hope that has been of some help?
