the reason im asking is i dont want to alter my perrin fmic piping (if it could fit under that would be great)
as im running about 430 just now with md321t/850cc injectors/fmic/tubular headers/3inch/avcr
i will also be running a syvecs (solaris) whatever there called now and a twin plate
it will probably be a lateral supplied 2.1 cdb

Every direct fit GT35 based turbo I have ever seen, or been told about (by the mappers) was a laggy old bucket, and I won't make one.
Just what power are you aiming for ?
For circa 500bhp on V power, the MD321V works really well, and I have a couple of customers running them on 2.1's running 10 second 1/4's.
If you're looking for circa 550bhp, then currently, I would say you need to go rotated, but watch this space
Even a rotated GT35R will be pretty laggy on a 2.1lt, and I would only recommend it for people wanting to compete in drag, or track racing.
Mark.
