Why do I see this gobbledegook sometimes?

Why do I see this gobbledegook sometimes?
About 2 or 3 times a week when I visit Scoobynet I get a page of garbage (binary code or something) instead of being greeted by your splash page (showing Simon De Bankes scoob). I can't get into the site and all I see is a white page full of code/garbage/etc.
I'm using WinXp + IE6 and a standard dialup web account. I also have Norton Internet Security running.
Grateful for any ideas
