Default Time problem?

noticed that the time seems wrong?

We are is DST (GMT+1) and at the time screenshotting the forum, it was actually 08.50

But the time stated on the forum is 09.50

I know I can change this is the settings to DST detection off, but we are in DST, so will make a mess when we go back to GMT in October?

I guess it's a server issue, I doubt your own pc clock is used to generate that time. I had a quick look at the source code for the page, and to my very basic understanding, it looks like a server time source.
