I got one of these m8 but havent used it as much as i would like to ( weather ) settings go from 1-5, 1 being lowest 5 foamiest.
Some people use neat shampoo or so much then fill the rest with warm water.
Best thing i can suggest is check out detailingworld.co.uk and do a search for gilmour. There are many threads about whats best for these.

Hyper Wash has a nuts dilution rate of 400:1, and measuring this out precisely is just as nuts, so what I would do is add 1 squeeze to the Gilmour and then fill with hot water, then foam the car, trying out the various settings (hose throughflow rate will affect the final ratio, so there is no set answer for Gilmour mix questions - it's all trial and error I'm afraid). If you find that the foaming action is still poor even on setting five, try using two pumps of HyperWash - my guess is that one will be enough though.
