echo what others have said. i really would consider opening up another polished bliss down here. i wouldnt be concerned about stepping on others feet either, as it just means they have to up their game to your standards.

admittedly its the one major thing that has put me off visiting you guys... the distance. i really think with the correct staff you have a huge market awaiting you....
