Default ONLY PAY WHEN YOU SELL?

I keep receiving this offer, and i really don't get it? Normally you get free listings on ebay for 1st 20 items, and if you sell one you pay final fees at end of the month. Thats what happens normally. So whats this all about?

Most of the time it's zero insertion fee. That's because eBay and PayPal combined take a stupid amount at the end once you've sold an item.

For example, if you sell something for £150, you'll actually get £129.70 once the fee's come out.

Yes i know they take 10% mainly on ebay plus paypal fees. which eats into any profits.

I think i've workout what it means, intead of paying all your fees at the end of the month, they take the fees out as soon as its sold. So if you sell your item, it will show the amount in paypal minus ebay and paypal fees.
