Can anyone offer any help with this.
Wife uses her iMac to send emails and attachments to a variety of people, some use macs, others microsoft pc's. Never an issue except with one.
Email address is correct and an ordinary email message only sometimes gets through, a message with an attachment is never received. Nothing bounces back, no message of failure to deliver but friend insists things are not received.
Any ideas ??

Does your wife have another email account she could use to contact that person (gmail, yahoo)? Have you tried sending that person an email from yours, to see if the same thing happens?

 

if its a blanket email to many and shes the only 1 that doesn't get it then its her end not yours, some vendors use content filters and malware before the user gets it. and depending who it is it can remove the attachment but very rare...

when she sends the next 1, get her to CC your Gmail or Live account etc, and check you actually get it also.... failing that she could try herself from an alternative Cloud based email to test things..


But in this scenario id probably say its down to the receivers end where the issue lies....
