I use it a lot, just remember, it's always in $$$ and they take a cut of the cash if it's a credit card transaction.
It's pretty safe, although there are a few horror stories floating about.

Yup, used it a "few"
times, no problems so far. I'd suggest that you use it from a bank account rather than a credit card - you get a better $ to £ conversion rate and no fees.
