http://upload.turbosport.co.uk works fine for me

just make sure your files have no strange characters (like _*!) in the file name and they are less than 200k

Just to add further...

Size is important too. Try & get 600x460 as that seems to be OK for the BBS - anything bigger involves scroll bars appearing.
