I a happy bunny because my local exchange has reached the trigger level set by BT before the exchange is ADSL is enabled ......

Doesn't mean a thing unless all those registrations are converted into actual orders, I'm afraid....

Only 75% have to convert to firm orders for the exchange to be enabled.

We've got 40 registered on ours and a trigger of 75-
