what would scooby do

text in cell "A", text in cell "B", what's the quickest way to merge the contents into one cell pref "A" - I know how to use concatination to a 3rd cell, and paste values back - just wondered if there was a built in function etc to do this..

The only way IIRC is the way you mentioned, the concatenate function then copy & paste values.

If do find another way Id be interested - I end doing lots of concatanate,cut * paste values.
