How do I find out how big a hard drive is?

It is 15GB as shown by the 15.0 AT
LCT10 family are between 5.1 and 30GB
Since Quantum gave up disk drives you won't find any info on their site, you need to look at www.maxtor.com who bought the disk side of Quantum quite some time ago.
By the way the warranty expired on 30/8/01

I believe it will be a 15 GB one, shown by the LB15 part of the P/N.
