Where can I get a 1/16 scale scooby?

Hi,
In the service area during the network Q there were a few stalls selling 'prodrive official' radio controlled scale models (about 10 inches long) for £25 / £23.
My Nephew has remembered these and now wants one as a present for christmas.
Anyone know where I can buy them from?
Do dealers sell them, if so how much?
