Where have YOU got your XBox chip from?

So, I have a few questions then....
(1) What is the best chip to get for your XBox (for playing CDrs, DVDr
etc), preferrably solderless, as I can't solder 
(2) How much are they - accurate prices please
I want to get one ASAP
