Had a large 3-4 hour session on it last night, god my fingers hurt afterwards (the xbox controller isn't the most ergonomic design for my hands)

Does everybody play with their own drivers on the Live game, cause there are a few people out there doing insane speeds.

Custom bikes make a difference but the biggest benefit is knowing the racing lines.

Yep and if you get really good use manual gears you'll get slightly better times. We thought as the development team we'd be pretty good but there's some guys out there that have stupidily fast times. I think Damyan or George , two of our programmers are probably the best in our office but they're only ranked about 100 or so.

Set up of the bike is pretty important too. I was a bit too random with my choices, I'll go back and rebuild when I stop improving.
