Anyone recommend a flat rate ISP for use on iMac (os 9.1) using NTL phoneline?

How do you connect the broadband to the imac. Reading the blurb on the ntl website it states that usb connection is for pc only and macs require a board to be fitted which I thought wasn't possible on imacs.

Hi Mark,
The iMac already has an integrated ethernet board/port so in simple terms you can just run a network cable from this to your digibox.
Some digiboxes require a cross-over cable instead of a regular one, but NTL send you one of these when you sign up.
My original setup had a cable from the digibox into a Netgear hub, and then another from there to the iMac. These days I run the cable from the digibox to a Netgear internet router, then another from there to my hub, and from there onto my iMac and 2 PCs. With this setup all can be switched and simultaneously using the connection.
Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Gareth
