i downloaded a crack from asta la vista and it asked to install a search engine passthru site. now every time i start IE i get this search engine banner across the bottom of the screen. the start page in IE options i change to my default page but every time i restart IE it changes the start page back to this pass thru page.

i have cone thru regedit and remove every entry with www.saoe.com in it but i still get this fecking thing coming up. i have been to the www.saoe site and down loaded a program to remove all traces of this site from my computer but still it keeps popping up.

really starting to **** me off.

try downloading adaware

I recently ended up with something like this, only after running ad aware I had 37 instances of different ad pop up banner type software
