OK, current office fax machine is gubbed. Rather than replacing the faulty drum unit @ £90 cost, the IT Manager thinks we can buy a replacement off the net for £150

What's the average costs of a standalone business fax machine? Having a quick look and they appear to be more like £400-500.

Anyone use network fax solutions to good affect?

We use Imecon fax that logs all incoming faxes and converts them to pdfs. No idea how much it cost but probably loads.

4Sight fax is another very good solution but then again its very good so its not cheap.
